Operating as Bunny Dollars
We aim to reply within two business days. Including the email address on your account, and the screen you were on, gets you a useful answer in the first reply rather than the second.
Getting started
Bunny Dollars works out what each person in a household should contribute toward shared bills, in proportion to what they earn, and shows you whether the bills account stays covered between paychecks.
Setup asks for three things: who is in the household and what they earn, the bills you share, and which account those bills are paid from. You can enter all of it by hand, or connect a bank so income and bills are found for you.
Connecting a bank
Bank connections are handled by Plaid. Bunny Dollars never sees or stores your bank username or password — you enter those with your bank through Plaid, and we receive read-only access to balances and transactions.
Connecting a bank is optional. Every part of the app works with amounts and dates you enter yourself. If your bank is not supported, or you would rather not link one, choose the manual option during setup.
To disconnect a bank, open Accountand remove the connection there. Disconnecting stops any further data being retrieved; it does not delete the account itself.
Subscription and billing
New households get a 30-day free trial. No payment method is required to start, and we do not charge anything during the trial.
Subscriptions are sold and billed by Reality Bound LLC on our own website, and payments are processed by Stripe. Monthly and annual plans are available; current pricing is shown on the Billing screen before you pay. Opening Billing from the iOS app takes you to our website in your browser to subscribe or to manage an existing subscription.
To change or cancel a subscription, open Billing in the app and choose manage subscription. That opens the Stripe billing portal, where you can update your card, switch plans, or cancel. A cancellation keeps your access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Because billing does not go through Apple, a Bunny Dollars subscription will not appear under Subscriptions in your iPhone settings, and cannot be cancelled there. Use the billing portal above.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account from inside the app. OpenAccount, chooseDelete account, and confirm.
Deletion is permanent and immediate. It cancels any active subscription, removes your household and everything in it — members, income, bills, splits and bank connections — and deletes your sign-in identity. If you share a household with someone else, they lose access to it too. There is no undo and no recovery window.
If you cannot reach the in-app control, emailprivacy@bunnydollars.comand we will delete your data within 30 days.
Security and privacy
On iPhone you can require Face ID to open the app. Turn it on from the account menu. The Face ID lock protects the app on your device; it is a lock, not your sign-in, so it never replaces your account credentials.
What we collect and why is set out in full in ourPrivacy Policy. The terms you agree to when you use Bunny Dollars are in ourTerms of Service.
Trouble signing in
You can sign in with an email address, with Apple, or with Google. Whichever you chose when you signed up is the one that finds your household — signing in with a different method creates a separate, empty account rather than opening the one you already have.
If a sign-in code does not arrive, check your spam folder first, then email us atsupport@bunnydollars.comfrom the address on the account.
